Inspecting the Property

To get started, our pest control technicians will conduct an inspection of your business property.

Our initial inspection includes:

• Examining the exterior and surrounding areas of your property. Our team will check for potential entrances for bugs, signs of existing pests and water damage, or potential hazards.
• Next, our exterminator will examine the property’s interior looking for signs of bugs or pests as well as access points.
• During the inspection, we’ll also measure the moisture levels at various parts of your property. This is important because a moist area can attract pests or could cause water damage.
• Following our assessment, we will put together a report to share our findings with you. This will involve an initial plan to eradicate any current pest issues as well as our recommendations for ongoing pest maintenance to keep pests away.
• If pests are found at the property during the inspection, we can often conduct your initial extermination during the same visit.

You are encouraged to ask any questions you may have during our visit. We want to make sure that you are involved, informed and comfortable with our treatment plan.

Preventive Care

One extermination treatment may not be enough to keep pests away from your property for good. That’s why conducting regular inspections is important for eliminating unwanted pests and preventing them from coming back.

During our initial visit, our team will create a custom plan to address current and future pest problems. This plan usually involves a few consecutive monthly visits to fully eradicate any existing pest colonies, and then we move to a bi-monthly or quarterly maintenance plan once the issue is entirely under control.
