“Your customer service has always been top of the list. Years ago your team installed a French drain on two sides of the house and in the crawl [space]. Approximately 5-6 years [later], one of your employees called after we did experience some significant rain in the area, and asked if there were any leaks or problems with the work previously performed on our home.
I about fell out of my chair. Customer service like that rarely exists in [today's] society. The point that I wanted to make to you, your associates, and your company is that customer service drives the ship for your success.”
As Jack said in his review, “Customer Service like this rarely exists in society today.” We wish that were not the case, but we’re aiming to change that, one visit at a time.
With every visit to every client's home, we bring our warm, friendly, family-owned way of doing business. Our hope is that by our Thompson Brothers’ technicians being kind, friendly, and accessible when you need them….we’re hoping to create a “new normal” of customer service.
In addition, we want every customer to immediately sense how skilled and reliable our technicians are on every job.

We had extensive water intrusion that our inspector did not see. Thompson Brothers had to engage in grading, extensive digging, reinstallation of French drains, and install a new drainage field. The work was excellent. All personnel is polite, on time, and very professional. Highly recommend.
Thompson Brothers does an excellent job spraying my home throughout each season to keep unwanted pests out. They are locally owned and customer service is a top priority.
