GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thompson Brothers Exterminating & Waterproofing has purchased a Solo Stove and hosting a giveaway as a thank you to our clients and community. Below are the terms and conditions for the giveaway. Please read them thoroughly before entering the giveaway. By entering the giveaway, you are automatically agreeing to the following:

1. Eligibility:

• The Solo Stove Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Participants must be residents of Upstate, SC living in Spartanburg, Greenville or Forest City Counties

2. Campaign Period:

• The giveaway begins on February 5, 2024 and ends on March 1, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.
• Leave a comment expressing your excitement on the post.
• Make sure you are following @thompsonexterminating on the respective platform.

4. Selection of Winners:

• One winner will be randomly selected on March 1, 2024.
• The winner will be announced on the @thompsonexterminating giveaway post and contacted directly via direct message on the platform they entered from.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive one Solo Stove valued at $225.
• The Solo Stove is a portable, smokeless wood-burning campfire suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize:

• The selected winner will be notified on March 1, 2024.
• The winner must respond to the notification within three days to claim the prize.
• Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in the selection of a new winner.

7. Publicity Release:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow @thompsonexterminating to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Terms:

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• @thompsonexterminating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

9. Personal Information:

• Participants' personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Release of Social Media Platforms:

• Participants acknowledge that the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

11. Governing Law:

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
